Note
As stated by the European Commission, the 20th sanctions package (23 April 2026) added 60 entities providing direct or indirect support to Russia's military-industrial complex or engaged in sanctions circumvention — 32 in Russia and 28 in third countries (e.g. China, the UAE, Türkiye). The EU also activated its anti-circumvention tool against the Kyrgyz Republic for the first time. A source-reported per-package count, not a cumulative total; manually maintained static value, not real-time. An enforcement indicator, not legal or compliance advice.
